Progress!!!

Is when you have been doing subs, 1 minute a day.

Really, at the rate I'm going, I'd never be able to finish Abunai before Shiyagare is out. And how long would I take to finish Shiyagare even? Gosh...

Been translating 1-2 mintues of Abunai each day. What progress!

And to think that all I've been doing at work in sit in front of my desktop all day. Because the GC I need for my experiment is still down, and there is nothing else left for me to do on this project. I should be thrown to the other porject pretty soon...

Anyway. I did work a teeny weeny bit on Spy Arashi yesterday. I shall continue this afternoon, and see if I can post a chapter today.

I actually have the next chapter out already, save for that last paragraph. But to write up that last paragraph I need to finish editing the chapter after that too so...

I also really need to write more story! Only about 12k words left unposted. I need to write MOOORRREEE! Sigh. Wish me luck? :X

Ahhh. I just took a closer look at the new Topics on jweb. Three entries as of now. One on Aiba's new movie. One on the music station zero G perf, and one on the Tokyo international film festival opening. Ahhh interesting! It'll be nice if I can translate it by today, before their official trans is out. But alas the entries are really long! Hahaha! All these translations will only be going to DNA though...

Translation - Hironaka's Music Station blog, 24th Oct 2014, Arashi part

Again! I'm here to translate the short Arashi related paragraph of Hironaka's Music Station blog. The bulk of that entry talks about Morning Musume'14, which is not surprising because it's the last time their leader will be performing on stage. Apparently it's been some time since that group appeared on Mstay too...

Anyway, here goes!

嵐の皆さんは、アルバムの中からテレビ初披露の新曲を、LEDを沢山使ったセットをバックにパフォーマンスしてくださいました！振付師大野さんのダンス、曲中にすこし変わった振付があったのは気づかれましたか？人間の進化を表現している振り付けが入っているんです！猿人類のような腰を落とした歩き方から、二足歩行までの進化を切り取った振り付け。メンバーの皆さんも最初はすこし戸惑われたようですが、今までやったことがない振りが入っていて面白い！とおっしゃっていました。

Arashi has performed the new song from their album for the first time on television. They performed on a set which used loads of LED lights as the backdrop! Did you realize that there are slightly different moves in Choreography-Master Ohno-san's dance? There are moves symbolizing the evolution of mankind in the choreography! From walking with the waist bent like an apeman, to walking on two legs, the choreography showed a whittled down progress of evolution. The members were perplexed at first too, but they found it interesting dancing to choreography they've never done before! That was what they said.

Found an ebook version of The Devotion of Suspect X. Yay! Now I can start reading the Japanese version while comparing with the English version. *wonders when I willa ctually get round to doing it*

In other news. This is what happens when I don't spend sufficient time cleaning my LJ inbox for two weeks.

Gotta get cleaning soon... >< Have not replied to comments on DNA in quite a while T.T
