Hurrah!

So I finally got my new iPhone today. So excited! Took like 4 hours downloading almost every app i can think of onto my sis's gold iphone, before restoring my iphone backup into my new one.... somehow its got a million of apps to update though, maybe cos many of those updates  for the ios 6? 64 GB, space grey. And yeah my dad sponsored. Last phone he'll sponsor me for, but I wasn't even expecting him to pay... but ah so delighted. Tried Siri a little and it works like a charm... ok, not tried any names yet but... >< at least it understood me like 90% of the time. Which is good.

Happily downloading all the apps I had but was forced to delete due to lack of space... like my Zenonia 1 - 5, final fantasy 1 and 2... ah... happiness! I can load a lot more songs in as well! XD And then later on I'll jail break my old phone and install an emulator... so I can play like pokemon and stuff wahahaha XD

Gotta update my firmware to 7.0.2 as well... mine's 7.0.1, whereas my sis's is updated already... guess that's cos the gold stock came in later then the space grey... idk why space grey isn't as popular... personally i liked it most... ah wells. Everyone has a diff preference.

Okays... really tired now... shall see if my sis's lappy finished downloading the apps so I can switch it off and head to bed.

fast, faster, fastest

sigh. new phone = new phone. so much faster and better :)
let's see... the snapbucket photos i uploaded a while ago...

photos taken with my sis's gold iphone. taking photo = instant. for the photo to be saved that is. old phone? 30 sec if you're lucky and the phone is in a non laggy mode. if not? 1 min+++?

upload to snapbucket: less than 30 secs per photo. old phone? app crash, select photo, camera roll takes forever to load. try to upload photo, upload keeps failing. retry and retry and retry - 30 mins, 45 mins gone. force restart phone? home button and off button either one doesn’t work - 5/10mins later and very painful finger = phone finally starts restarting. 5mins later - phone still restarting. 15mins later - phone back up. upload photo - finally works on 2nd try! realise that somehow it uploaded two copy of everything. delete extra copy on fb and photobucket. total time take: 1 and a half hours?

so now you know why i stopped using my phone for anything other that sms, email and music... :X

well for the space grey, the color on the last photo is accurate, 1st two were a little too dark...

ahhhh... i guess i'll be blogging and using all my social media stuffs a lot, a lot more now :)
