Yes I have totally high right now. Maybe it's cos I barely had more than 4 hours of sleep last night. And the night before. I'll probably come crashing down this afternoon I'm sure, but for now, I'm high!

To those of you who are members of arashi_on, a_ra_shi, and DNA, and friends with me, I'm so sorry that you have to see my striking biohazard avatar all over your friend feed. Hahaha! And here I am typing yet another post to spam you! XD

But really... instead of doing work as I should be at work... or in the lab finishing up the experiment that I've started yesterday... My time this morning was divided as follows... 10% keying in data from yesterday's experiments, 30% eating breakfast (so much so that I'm still full now even though its 12 pm already, planning to go for a late lunch today), 60% LJ/Arashi.

Somehow I was just in the mood to translate stuff late last night. Text I mean. Still not in the mood for videos hahaha. And the result was the fully translating voting site. And today. When octavia told me Arashi's new album is confirmed... I did a quick google and could not resist translating that short piece of news. Hahaha it's fun to translate short snippets like these! It makes me feel like translating their magazine interviews! I should try that someday! Ahhh so many things to do but so little time!

I was kinda shocked when I first heard the title... I was like... where's my 5x15! Hahaha! I mean, after 5x5 and 5x10... naturally it'll be 5x15 right? But maybe they got sick of the 5x number of years naming. Seems like our (at least mine) hopes for a 5x15 song won't materialize. I guess they will just change the number from 10 to 15 when singing that song, like they did in Arafes last year. Well, they are going to sing 5x10(15) in Hawaii/the five dome tour right? It's quite a fitting song to sing for the occasion so I would think the chances of them singing it is pretty high? Then again Arashi often surprises us. They sure like keeping us on our toes hahaha!

Well something else that's keeping me high is the Apple keynote tonight. Well technically tomorrow night since it'll be 1 am. I wanna watch that thing live! And then update my phone once the iOS release is out! And gosh my mac will get an update too! Hahaha GOSH I'll be like a zombie at work tomorrow! Ahhh I'll probably have to leave my comp for updating tomorrow night. Otherwise I'll be up the whole night! Ahhh the excitement of it all! I think these keynotes and WWDC are like... the only stuff that gets me so excited besides Arashi. Yes I admit it, I'm an Apple fan, and that's like the only other entity that I'm a fan of besides Arashi. Well I do love all sorts of electronic gadgets though! Even arch rival Samsung... I follow news of the new releases closely. The new Note Edge sure is interesting though. It's a curved screen that actually could have a practical use. As for really how useful that little curved edge of a screen will be, I guess you really can't tell until you tried out that thing. Not just trying it out at the store too, but spend a couple of days, weeks, with the device. Some have reported worries about accidentally pressing something on the edge etc when just holding the phone, stuff like that you really need to use the phone practically to find out. You won't be able to discover such nuisances with just a 5 minute hands on time in a store... though I am certainly waiting for demo sets to be on display in stores in Singapore XD

My dad is definitely gonna jump ship to Samsung if Apple doesn't push out a phone with a bigger display this time. It can't be helped! Screen size is definitely important when you are getting older and your eyesight isn't eagle sharp anymore. That's why my mum got the Note last time hahaha. She's using it a lot to watch random videos people posted on FB, as well as watching videos she took of her belly dance instructor over and over and over and over again while trying to learn the steps.

Myself. I don't know. I guess if you give me a bigger phone I'll just adapt to it. I did it pretty fast with the slightly longer 5s. But well... I think I do have a problem with huge phones. For one, I can't play games/use my phone properly with one hand in crowded places like the train. Especially if the game is landscape - and that's actually quite a lot of my games. I can still hold the phone in one hand and use my index finger to reach all the way to the other hand of the 5s, but say the Note 3? I think I'll just drop the phone or something.

A more important issue, would be that it won't be able to fit into my freaking jeans pocket. Esp some of my jeans with smaller pockets... some my 5s is already half sticking out already! I'm like, WTF do they make jeans for ladies with such pathetic, puny pockets! My mum just goes like who asked you to put your phone in your pocket? Put it in a carry bag/pouch! And I'm like, hello, then where the hell do you want me to put my phone when I'm doing lab! How the hell can I bring a carry bag to the lab for goodness sake! Tsk! I seriously don't get all that fashion crap. I just want my jeans, with big enough pockets to fit my phone in comfortably, or to swap that phone out for my wallet during lunch. I could live with not buying those jeans that are specifically meant for fashion, but the rest! It's so hard to find ladies jeans with decent sized pockets! And with phones getting bigger and bigger these days... I guess people just dump their phones in their bags huh? Meh. I won't ever get used to that. Besides that fact that I carry a backpack, I also have my phone on silent mode 24/7. A left over trait from school I guess, and being a more quiet person by nature I just like my phone silent. Not that I get calls often anyway. Ah recently my mum has been calling me often though, when I scroll to the bottom of my recent call log there's only entries back till June. There was like over half a year's worth of entries last month or something. For that same reason I don't use Siri at all. Even though it's like... one of the main selling features of the iOS, and that one thing my 3GS didn't have when I first switched phones. I've probably used it less than 10 times to date, and only because I was trying it out when I first got the phone. Totally underused hahaha.

Well well well. I guess I shall head out to lunch in a bit... Though I'm still not hungry. Hahaha!

Incidentally, it was mid autumn festival yesterday, and my dad's bday today. The two dates often clashes, I remember when I was young and still holding lanterns and burning candles, the two ended up on the same day for quite a few years.

A lot of people wear their phones in belt clips now, I've seen. Perhaps you might get one of those?

*hugs you*
