It's been so long since I last posted huh?
I've been busy...
Work has been really busy these days.... Like always... work all seems to come together, at the same time. Unsup is back from maternity leave and she's been keeping me busy... and on top of that, suddenly I have loads of people asking me for help with the confocal, and that kept me really busy too. Like yesterday... By the time I got home, ate dinner, and did the dishes, it was already 9:30 pm. And I've not even bathed yet.
Needless to say it's been really long since I watched some Arashi stuff. I am continuing with my eraser carvings though, you can see my works on my blog here.
And of course, I've been diligently updating Nihongo Manabu as well.
Some exciting piece of news... well. I'm excited about it. I don't think you'll find it exciting lol.
I got my friend living in the US to help me buy an Amazon Kindle. A Kindle Voyage at that. Yes, that's the most expensive e-ink kindle... but I know I'd regret buying the Paperwhite. Even though it's a freaking 100 dollars cheaper. Got a 3rd party cover to go with it since it's way cheaper than the cover Amazon has. But yeah, I've been wanting an e-ink reader for quite a while now. Finally made the move to buy it. Good thing I've got a friend in the US too who was all too willing to help me buy and ship it to Sg, since sadly Amazon doesn't sell electronics out of the US. Tsk. Gonna do some reading daily once I get the device in my hands! I wonder how long it'll take to arrive, my friend received the goods earlier this morning. I wonder how much the shipping will cost too. Gotta convert my stash for epubs to mobi as well. Not a problem, plenty of converters out there. Just yeah... I've been looking for epub books so far lol. Cos I could open epub with Adobe digital reader and iBooks... Yeah. Now I've gotta switch to mobi hahaha. Arghs really excited for this! Can't wait!
