I'm pissed.

Spend over 2 hours trying to right my mistake.

What did I do?

Upload an SD card of photos (roughly 7 gb worth of photos) from my Philippines holiday to my lappy.

And then my laptop was left with 1 gb of free space.

WTF ONE GB!!!

OMG!

And then I rush to delete more useless apps. But unfortunately, I've already deleted most of the useless apps.

Off goes photoshop, keynote, pages and numbers.

Only that it takes really long to delete them cos. You guessed it. My laptop has no space.

And then I picked out some photos to upload to facebook before deleting them completely from my computer. Because I met with tons of friends in Ph after all. Better to upload them on FB now rather than have them think I'm weird/unfriendly/whatever because I didn't upload all the pics they took with my camera. It was a waterproof camera and we spent a whole day taking photos in and around the swimming pool so yeah.

Only that that took my forever as my lappy constantly hanged on me.

And now I finally have like 8 gb of free space. Yeah 8 gb. I don't know about the new windows OS... but even with windows 7 it couldn't take it when there's less than 10 gb of free space left. I'm constantly amazed at how my lappy still functions when I have less than 5 gb free.

But yes... the constant lagging is pissing me off and leaving me in no mood to do anything. Even when watching videos it hangs up. sigh. 9th of Sept. My dad's bday. And the supposed date of the Apple keynote. I'll definitely be staying up late to watch the keynote. I can't wait...

At least I believe my lappy will be able to handle the live streaming.

It's late. I should sleep. But the internet is fast now... so yeah.

I can't wait...

I’ve been cursing for the past week… at my laptop. 

Can’t wait for next month… can’t wait for the Apple keynote. And the 21 inch iMac refresh.

This laptop is really at the end of active service. It hangs up too much. It can’t handle all the stuff I need to do on my main computing device anymore. Things like handling multiple downloads… or uploads. Playing videos while having word document open, while searching the web… my video tends to hang up and won’t pause when I want and need it to. 

Still… I say it with a ping of regret because other instances it works fine… until it hangs up and the words I typed comes out in a jumble again. Pfft.

Not something that leaves me in the mood for video watching/subbing/translating.

And then there’s the iPhone too. Will need a new one too. I’ll be mighty broke next month but it can’t be helped. I just hope the stuff lasts. Esp the phone. It has to last me three years this time! Sigh.

it feels like an eternity...

It feels like it's been ages since I registered my own domain and moved NM over. In reality, it's only bee 6 days.

Not even a week.

Just 6 days...

Feels like an eternity has passed already.

Doing all the SEO stuff...

Relinking everything...

Adding all the plugins...

Writing new content...

Changing the theme and modifying the appearance...

Picking and adding widgets...

Making new categories, pages and menu items...

Adding new tags...

Signing up for various affiliate programs...

And in the middle of all that I managed to help my sis set up her online store too.

And in the middle of all that I was almost constantly cursing at my almost constantly hanging up laptop.

LOL.
