coolohohSo much so for my (lack of) endurance. In the end i happily went on a TV marathon last night and watched like EVERYTHING that happened last week. Ohno's drama? Only saw some short clips of it... since the subbed version wouldn’t be out so fast... its out today though and i've even downloaded it already... lol!
Since i... am feeling really hopeless about my thesis now... i decided to come talknonsense here instead. bleh. 5 days left till i have to hand my report in... bummer T.T
Anyway... this post will contain spoilers of like EVERYTHING that happened last week. If you hate spoilers, please close the window right NOW!

Ok... so the 1st thing i watched was VS arashi. i thought it was gonna be boring/pale in comparison to the HnA mannequin SP episode and stuff... but i was so wrong! i had a really great time watching it... mainly because ito-san (spelling? :S ) participated and played against arashi. Yes, the guy who has been doing the commentary all along for VS (also the co-host of GRA with aiba). Apparently he wont be doing the commentary for VS anymore, so that made me real sad... after all the time i've been listening to his jokes/voice, i'll surely miss it. The new commenter has a... higher pitched voice i think? will take some getting used to i guess... Anyway it was really funny watching ito-san comment abt the games while play/before playing. Like he'll point out the important points in the game to his teammates, since he's watched every single VS game after all. They played the new game shotgun disk too... ohno totally SUCKED at catching the discs... well there seemed to be a lot less discs being thrown at ohno compared to the 1st time they played and aiba was the disc thrower... but bleh ohno only caught like 3 discs in total for a messily 70 points!!?!?! -.-''' i think he (together with J) did a much better job with the bazookas (well J n Ohno did show us their wonderful shooting skills in AnShi after all). Lolz... well its only the 2nd time they played it (not counting practice) so it'll take them some time getting used to the game... after all they do seem to do quite badly at most new games...
On the other hand, Ohno has certainly improved at kicking sniper (well aiba too actually). They were actually able to get 400 points and there were 2 perfects (i think?). Manged to get points for every single round... cool eh? It used to be that once i see the game coming up, I'd go 'there goes arashi...'. Guess not anymore now. They actually CAN hit the targets now XD
The showdown was pretty cool too... between ito and ohno. 1 v 1 dual curling. Arashi actually let ito pick who he wanted to battle with and he picked leader... Ito was asking ohno how he felt or something, cos if he lost he'd end up MDA for sure. Then ohno said something like 'then if u lose this game, for memory's sake why don'tu become MDA?' And that was that. In the end arashi lost in terms of total points, but ohno won his round and ito ending up falling LOL. Very hilarious indeed. DoS J even took photos of ito-san falling.
Next up was HnA mannequin 5 SP. I already knew all the results, since i was following other ppl on twitter while they were watching live. I must admit though... i ended up missing the voting dateline (again) and so didn’t vote :(. The main thing was because i couldn’t make up my mind which outfit to pick. There wasn’t a 'perfect' outfit that made me go wow or anything. J's outfit is nice, mainly cos i think the blue color of the shirt... but i don't like the specs. Yeah the specs look good on ohno in his drama... but drama aside, i nvr really liked people who purposely put on specs for fashion. Kinda pretentious to me or something. (and yes, I'm kinda old fashioned). Another thing that confused me was... which is aiba's outfit? The green outfit with the aiba length pants screams aiba to me (somehow i can't shake off the link between their official colors and their outfits... i was thinking the blue = ohno, plus the specs is just like his drama... but on 2nd thought it doesn’t seem like ohno to pick specs, its more like J). However, i was like 99% sure that weird looking outfit belonged to aiba. Cos as weird as it looks, it seems kinda... sporty? like something u'd wear to a sport meet. Like for someone really excited and forever running around (its so colorful after all). That all screamed AIBA to me... Well in the end... i couldn’t decide...
On hindsight... sho's outfit looks really great as well. Maybe a bit too bright and outstanding for a normal person to wear, but it suited sho just fine. Before the results was annouced i actually thought he was gonna get 1st.
Its easy to understand why J's outfit won though... it does grab your attention, but its plain and simple. something that you WOULD actually wear out (maybe that's why he got the most no. of men's votes?). In contrast sho's outfit seems a little bit over done with that bright jacket. Nino's outfit? tsk... he went to copy the mannequin again... but i don't really like his outfit. Too green for my liking plus I'm not really a fan of aiba length pants. Ohno's? bleh... i totally didn’t pay the black n white mannequin any attention when i was viewing the pics online. Too boring... and like some fans pointed it... he looks really old in that outfit. Ohno decided to go along with his 'expensive clothes = fashionable = good' logic again. Lol...! totally playing afool once more. This time he even went to copy J's shirt LOL. Too bad it didn’t help him one bit... it might have been better if he copied a mannequin or a poster or a brochure or something LOL.
