Hahaha! Well the writer is famous though, so I'm really hoping the story will be good. I've never read the story before so I have no idea how it's like. It's hard to judge from new paper short summaries...
Ahhh yeah reading the manga definitely helps. Basically Ikuta and Shun are two orphans who grew up in an orphanage. The both love their caretaker a lot, since she was their only 'family'. One stormy night their teacher/caretaker will killed by four men, but the incident was covered up by a policemen wearing a gold watch. There after the two vowed to take revenge on the 'gold watch syndicate'... and Ikuta joined the police force, while Shum joined the Yakuza. Their goal is for each of them to climb to the top of the dark and light world, and find out about the gold watch people and get their revenge.
