Well, I now some comms are already doing some projects, but some things are fun and I want to do them myself too. Even if it'll take me forever. There are some places where people put what projects their comm is doing, but I think it's not active anymore. Anyway it's everyone's choice on what they want to do. If there's 'rule' saying that only 1 comm can sub something, everyone will start snatching saying what they want to do etc... it will be worst. Imagine some comm will start saying 'I will sub all the AnS episode for the rest of the year, and next year, and forever'. Then the rest of the comms can't sub AnS forever?
