ahhh I see. You scared me a little there, I thought you've not tried any cheese before :P I think not many ppl from my country would have dared to try blue cheese or goat cheese either :P
Goat cheese is great if you love lamb, goat milk, or that 'fishy' goat taste in general. Many of the goat cheese I tried were on the less ripe side and are more sour... but the cream cheese i wrote about was more ripe and well, very soft and like goat's milk with cream. Ok, not that I've tried a lot of goat cheese. The selection in Singapore is way less than that available in say, France, I'm sure :P
